Customs and Excise Department has launched an e-card platform during Christmas 2009 for their staff to send seasonal greetings.  On top of designing one ecard with interesting animation, we have developed a DIY e-card system which allow users to send out a customized ecard by merging selected seasonal background design with selected main photo.  Over 1,000 e-cards have been sent out via this e-card system.
